I’m a professional .Net developer and really enjoy being a developer. It’s a creative process, and I’ve always liked creating things. I’m self-taught and have always had the knack for learning what I need to from a book.

At the end of my 16 years of military service in the Marine Corps I started to get into programming. Mainly to serve a need of developing an application needed for my daily job for inventory management. Starting out with Visual Basic 3 I was able to start learning the beginning of what makes a Windows application and how to develop a user-friendly user interface. It became an obsession from the beginning. When I realized that I could create something that others could use I was hooked. I wanted to create application that would help people make their life easier.

Now 10 years later I’m doing it on a daily basis. I’ve worked on everything from simple web applications and windows client applications to enterprise level multi-tier inventory systems for use in the Department of Defense.

I started this blog as a way of expressing what I feel to be effective methods to get the job done as a developer and as a leader. I may at time intersperse the posts with subjects that pertain to general life and not just to programming.

I hope you find this blog helpful in your daily life and welcome comments.

Best regards,

Victor Boba
